Welcome to Pharmalego website. We highly value your business and our goal is to create a smooth shopping experience for you, aiding in your drug R&D.

These terms of sale apply to all products and services provided by Pharmalego website (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") to the client (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer"). Placing an order on our website indicates that you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pharmalego website. Any modified terms are not binding on the Seller unless the term has been agreed upon in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Seller. This website only supports business-to-business (B2B) transactions. Products are not sold to individual users. All online orders must be confirmed by both parties, and the transaction is only considered established after the order is confirmed and payment is made.


Description

Any descriptions, specifications, and prices of our pharmaceutical intermediate products are subject to change without notice. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we cannot guarantee the availability or accuracy of any product descriptions.


Orders and Pricing

a.Orders: You can place orders through website, via email, or by phone. All product prices are negotiable. Once we confirm the order in writing or by email, it becomes a formal and valid order, which is considered the final order.

b.Pricing: All product prices on the website are negotiable. If you need to review the current price information before placing an order, please contact us. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include any applicable taxes, shipping fees, or handling charges.


Changes

a.Order Modification: If you wish to make changes to an existing order, please contact our client service as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your requests.

b.Change Approval: Any changes to the order, including modifications to product quantities, specifications, or delivery details, should be communicated to our client service as soon as possible.

c.Price Adjustment: Changes to the order may affect the total price. We will communicate any adjustments to the pricing and obtain your agreement before processing the modified order.


Termination

a.Order Cancellation: You may request to cancel an order before it is shipped. Please contact our client service to initiate the cancellation process. The approval of the buyer's cancellation or change to the contract may depend on the buyer's reimbursement to the seller for any expenses incurred in fulfilling the contract or procuring the order, including but not limited to storage or shipping fees, production costs for non-standard materials, and the cost of purchasing non-returnable materials.

b.Termination: We reserve the right to terminate the order or suspend further deliveries in the event of non-payment or any other justifiable reason. In such cases, we will provide a termination notice along with applicable remedies or refunds (if any).


Payment

a.Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, bank transfers, or any other method specified by us. Payment details will be provided after order confirmation.

b.Payment Terms: Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is required at the time of ordering. For approved credit accounts, the payment term is usually 30 days from the date of the invoice.


Shipping and Delivery

a.Shipping: We will arrange for the transportation of products based on the delivery date and location specified in the order. However, delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. The seller shall not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by force majeure.

b.Shipping Costs: The responsibility for product transportation costs shall be determined by mutual agreement between the seller and the buyer or as per the contract stipulations.

c.Risk of Loss: All products under the contract orders are delivered by the seller to the carrier, and the delivery to the carrier fulfills the seller's obligation. The buyer shall bear the risk of damage or loss during transportation. The buyer should inspect the goods as soon as they are received. If there are any quality issues or discrepancies in the order or quantity, please file a claim within 48 hours of receiving the goods, including a detailed description of the problem and relevant supporting documents.


Goods Allocation

If the seller is unable to provide the quantity of goods specified in the buyer's order for any reason, the seller may allocate available materials to the buyer or all buyers in a manner that the seller deems fair and feasible, without incurring any consequences or liability.


Inspection, Returns, and Refunds

The buyer should organize an inspection immediately upon receiving any products or services. If there are any objections to the quantity, specifications, model, appearance, or quality of the products during the inspection, please contact our client service immediately.

Please do not return goods without permission from the seller and strict adherence to the seller's instructions on return shipping. Goods cannot be returned for credit or refund. If the buyer fails to notify the seller within five days of receipt, the goods will be deemed to comply with the terms of sale and will be irrevocably accepted by the buyer.

All products or services on Pharmalego website do not support a 7-day no-reason return policy.


Limitation of Liability

a.For any claims arising from or related to the sale of products, our liability shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the products.

b.All products listed in our catalog are for use by qualified research laboratories or chemical manufacturers only. All products should be handled by researchers familiar with laboratory safety procedures and the potential hazards of chemicals.

The chemical products we sell are certified and comply with relevant national standards. However, due to the varying environments, processes, and other conditions in which our customers use the products, we cannot guarantee the effectiveness and reliability of the products under different usage circumstances. Users must operate our chemical products in accordance with the product instructions and relevant laws and regulations; otherwise, all liabilities arising therefrom shall be borne by the user.

The seller is not liable for losses, damages, or penalties caused by manufacturing or delivery delays or failures due to force majeure. These include but are not limited to:

a.Actions of the buyer

b.Embargoes or other government actions

c.Regulations or requirements affecting the seller's business activities

d.Fire/explosions/accidents/ theft/vandalism/riot/war/strike or other labor difficulties

e.Lightning, flood, storm, or other natural disasters

f.Transportation delays or inability to obtain necessary labor, fuel, materials, supplies, or power supply at the current price.


After-Sales Service

We commit to providing comprehensive after-sales service. If you encounter any problems during use, please contact us at any time, and we will try our best to provide you with a satisfactory solution and technical consulting services for specific situations.


Confidentiality

a.Any confidential information shared between you and Pharmalego during the sales process should be kept confidential.

b.Both parties agree not to disclose or use any confidential information for any purpose other than fulfilling the obligations under this agreement.


Force Majeure

If either party delays or fails to fulfill their obligations under these terms of sale due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters), neither party shall be held responsible.


Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of China. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the People's Court in the location of the seller to protect their legal interests.

These terms and conditions constitute the complete agreement between you and Pharmalego. regarding the sale of our chemical products. Any modifications to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
