Receiving Guidelines:
Notification of Shipment: Once your product has shipped, we will notify you via email of its arrival.
Inspection upon Arrival: Upon receiving the goods, please inspect the product's item number, packaging specifications, quantity, and appearance according to the packing list. Ensure proper storage according to the specified storage requirements.
Damaged Packaging: If the outer box appears damaged or deformed upon delivery, you may request an on-site inspection. If you discover any missing, damaged, or incorrect items inside the package, please document the issue with photos and send them to feedback@pharmalego.com.
Post-opening Issues: If the outer box is intact but you encounter issues such as leakage, empty bottles, or product damage after opening, please promptly take photos and either contact your account manager or submit a support request online.
